After the Rain

Ivy can’t wait for it to stop raining so she can go jump in puddles! But when she answers a call for help from a stranded worm she is led on a wild adventure... Soon she is battling birds, meeting mystical mushrooms, and discovering all the weird and wonderful creatures that love it when it’s wet! But as tea-time draws on, can the clever crow help her find her way home?

Inspired by nature, After the Rain is a magical show for pre-school children, which uses music, puppetry and miniature special effects.

This highly adaptable, intensely theatrical puppet show will tour play groups and multiple venues, inside and open air, across Essex over the next year and a half.

The show will be performed in a collapsible booth which packs down into its own box on wheels. Think ‘one man band’ but with puppets.
